We offer shipping to the following locations:
Domestic Shipping: Brisbane, Brisbane Metro, Gold Coast, Gold Coast Metro.
An order will be dispatched once payment is received & when all items are available.
Please note non-stock, out of stock or products that require manufacturing may impact the dispatch timeframe.
Standard Shipping:
Delivery within 3-7 business days.
Express Shipping:
Delivery within 1-3 business days.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Cut-Off Times: Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST will be processed within 2 days subject to payment from Plan managers / self-managed (NDIS) . Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Remote Locations: Some remote or rural areas may require additional cost & shipping time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated time of delivery.
All orders have the default delivery instruction ‘authority to leave’. Be advised that ‘authority to leave’ is subject to the discretion of the local courier driver if they deem it is safe to leave or not. This request is not guaranteed.
If alternative delivery instructions are required, you must provide this prior to dispatch of the order. This cannot be updated after dispatch. If the courier has deemed the area or site unsafe, they will take it to the Post Office for collection.
If you do not want the courier driver to leave your order in a safe place when you are not home to receive it, please ensure you provide clear instructions in the notes field when placing your online order.
While we strive to deliver your orders on time, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, supply chain disruption and postal service disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send you a replacement or issue a refund.
