1.Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be in original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Certain items, such as personalized products, intimate goods, and clearance items, are non-returnable.
  • We will accept return of merchandise only if unopened and in a saleable condition within 3 days of receiving the items. We will issue a credit to your account or credit card, however there will be a $25 re-stocking fee deducted.

2. Process for Returns

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid via credit card, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

 

4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] to arrange for an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

 

5.Exceptions

  • Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
